Subject: Enhancements to the Empresas.Net System.

Dear Director of Investor Relations/Legal Representative and Legal Advisors,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform open companies and foreign companies about new enhancements implemented in the Empresas.Net System.

a) In the Reference Form (FRE):

Table 7.3/4: “Composition of Management, Boards and Committees”: improvement in the layout of the Excel file used for importing and exporting data.

Table 8.5: “Remuneration Based on Shares (Stock Purchase Options)”: allows the export and import of Excel files.

Table 8.11: “Shares Delivered”: allows the export and import of Excel files.

Table 10.1.a: “Description of the Issuer’s Human Resources”: improvement in filling instructions, emphasizing the treatment of the Board of Directors and Statutory Management, in accordance with the guidance of the CVM/SEP Annual Circular Letter.

Table 10.3.d: “Remuneration policies and practices for employees”: new structured table.

Table 11.2: “Transactions with Related Parties”: new report layout.

Generation of the complete report in Word, while the Circular Letter is in editing, i.e., not yet submitted (in addition to the pdf format, which will be maintained), including the structured tables. It is important to highlight that this is a conversion from .pdf to .doc format, which may result in the absence of formatting standards.

Permission to upload Word files in unstructured tables, maintaining the possibility of uploading pdf files.

b) In Standardized Financial Statements (DFP) and Quarterly Information (ITR):

Tables: “Expand” button that allows maximizing the table being edited to full screen, dispensing with the application of zoom and reducing the use of scroll bars.

“Opinions and Declarations” table: the drop-down list of opinion types was replaced by a radio button selection box.

c) In Online IPE:

Adjustment in document viewing, on any device (cell phones and tablets), allowing navigation between pages of the document.

Adjustment in the “Communications on Transactions with Related Parties” category, allowing multi-presentation, i.e., more than one communication with the same date can be presented.

d) In the Annual Calendar:

Presentation, in ascending order, of the dates of “Public Meetings”.

2. The information contained in this circular must be brought to the attention of the teams responsible for sending information through the Empresas.Net System.

3. Questions regarding the use and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, must be addressed to the B3 Issuers Superintendence.

4. Contact with the Issuers Superintendence can be made by phone (11) 2565-5063 or by e-mail: emissores.empresas@b3.com.br:

a) Normal Support: on business days, from 8am to 8pm, by e-mail or by phone.

b) On-Call Support: on business days, after 8pm or on weekends and holidays, exclusively by e-mail.

5. Issues received after 8pm on business days and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8am on the next business day, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
