Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform open companies that, starting from December 15, 2025, a new association “Commercial Note Issuance Term” will be available in the IPE Online module of the Empresas.Net system for the submission of the aforementioned document, which was previously sent via the “Market Communication” category and type “Other communications not considered material facts.”

2. We request that the information contained in this letter be brought to the attention of the teams responsible for submitting information through the Empresas.Net System.

3. We inform that questions regarding the use and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in submitting documents, must be sent to the B3 Issuers Superintendence.

4. Contact with the Issuers Superintendence can be made by phone (11) 2565-5063 or by email: emissores.empresas@b3.com.br:
   a) Normal Support: on business days, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., by email or phone. b) On-Call Support: on business days, after 8:00 p.m. or on weekends and holidays, exclusively by email.
