Subject: Enhancements to the Empresas.Net System. Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform open and foreign companies about new enhancements implemented in the Empresas.Net System.

a) In the Reference Form (FRE):

Table 8.15: “Minimum, average and maximum remuneration”:
allow the export and import of Excel files.

Table 12.3/7: “Securities issued in Brazil and Abroad” - inclusion of the “Others” option in the “Securities” field.

b) In the Form for Negotiated and Held Securities:

Inclusion of guidance in the “Transaction Date” field.
Inclusion of guidance regarding the automatic re-presentations of the months following the month in which the information was altered. Adjustment in the Excel import, changing from .csv to .xlsx.

c) In IPE Online:

Inclusion of guidance, in the field for uploading the document, regarding the conditions of the file to be attached (size, format, and file naming). Removal of the requirement for State (UF) in the field regarding disclosures on websites.

d) In system access (username and password):

Inclusion of legend and guidance regarding password reset.

2. Furthermore, considering the entry into force, from 01.01.2025, of CVM Resolution No. 198/24, we inform you that Tables 7.1.d - “Description of the Main Characteristics of the Issuer’s Administrative Bodies and Audit Committee” and 10.1.a - “Description of the Issuer’s Human Resources”, will include fields for the inclusion of data regarding PCD (Persons with Disabilities) and will also allow the export and import of Excel files.

3. We request that the information contained in this circular be brought to the attention of the teams responsible for sending information through the Empresas.Net System.

4. Questions regarding the use and operation of the Empresas.Net System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, should be sent to the B3 Issuers Superintendence.

5. Contact with the Issuers Superintendence can be made by phone (11) 2565-5063 or by email: emissores.empresas@b3.com.br:

a) Normal Service: on weekdays, from 8am to 8pm, by email or phone. b) On-Call Service: on weekdays, after 8pm or on weekends and holidays, exclusively by email.

6. Issues received after 8pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8am on the next business day, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
