The submission of the relevant act or fact to the CVM does not exclude the obligation to publish it in the major circulation newspapers used by the company, as provided in § 4 of Article 3 and other provisions of the aforementioned Instruction.
We alert you that, in accordance with Article 3 of CVM INSTRUCTION No. 358/2002, the disclosure and communication of a relevant act or fact is the responsibility of the company's Director of Investor Relations.

The information referred to in Article 11 of the aforementioned Instruction will be subject to subsequent guidance, given the provisions of Article 25 of the same.
We also remind you that the failure to send the information within the deadlines established in CVM Instruction No. 358/2002 will result in the imposition of daily penalty fines, as provided in its Article 23.
