To Representatives of Non-Resident Investors Subject: CVM Instruction No. 560/15 – XML Standards for Semi-Annual Information of Non-Resident Investors.

Dear Sirs,

1. CVM Instruction No. 560/15 determines, in its Article 14, II, that the representative must send to the CVM a semi-annual report containing the movements and applications of resources of the non-resident investors represented by him, in accordance with Annex 14-B of the same Instruction.

2. Such information must be sent through the CVMWeb System, which necessitated the development of an XML standard. In this regard, we communicate that the XML standard for semi-annual reports has been made available at the following address:
   cvmweb.cvm.gov.br/SWB/Sistemas/SCW/PadroesXML/PadraoXMLInfoSemestralINR.asp

3. With the publication of this Circular Letter – as well as the XML standard – this technical area hopes to be contributing to the development of technological solutions that allow the industry to meet, in a systematic manner, the regulatory platform for non-resident investments.
