Subject: XML Standard Archive of the Key Information Sheet of FI

Dear Sir/Madam,

We communicate that a technological solution is available in the CVMWeb document submission system allowing the submission of the Key Information Sheet of investment funds (“Lâmina”) in XML format. The Lâmina is a document that must be sent to the CVM monthly, in accordance with Articles 40-A and 40-B, both of CVM Instruction No. 409/04.

We alert that the solution allowing the submission of the Lâmina in a format other than XML will be discontinued on 10/3/2014, so that from the information regarding March 2014, the CVMWeb system will only receive Lâminas in XML format, prepared according to the specifications of its standard file.

In this sense, we advise investment fund administrators who have not yet done so to elaborate and test the procedures intended to comply with the aforementioned normative commands.

For this purpose, we reiterate that the layout and validator of the XML standard file are available on the World Wide Web, as specified below:

At this time, referring to the table in item 7.b of the Lâmina, copied below, in which the fund's performance must be reported each year for the last 5 years, we clarify that the “last 5 years” whose performance must be reported include the current (then) year, so that at the present date the table would contain information from 2009 to 2013.

Finally, we remind you that, as provided in Article 40-C, item II, of CVM Instruction No. 409/04, the investment fund administrator “must publish, in a prominent place on its World Wide Web page and without password protection, the updated Lâmina.”
