Subject: Exceptional deadline extension for the submission of documents regarding January 2008, as provided for in item II of Article 71 of CVM Instruction No. 409/2004.

Dear Sir,

Pursuant to Article 71, item II of CVM Instruction No. 409/04, the administrator must submit, via the Document Submission System available on the CVM's website on the World Wide Web, the following documents monthly, within 10 (ten) days after the end of the month to which they refer:
a. trial balance; b. statement of portfolio composition and diversification; and
c. monthly profile.

However, exceptionally, due to the accumulation of holidays at the beginning of the next month, the aforementioned documents, referring to January 2008, may be submitted until February 14, 2008, inclusive.
Finally, we make available the email gma3@cvm.gov.br for clarification of any eventual doubts.
