Dear Directors,

1. We remind you that, in accordance with the obligation set forth in Article 12 of CVM Resolution No. 33/2021, securities registrars must inform the CVM of the execution and termination of securities registration contracts.

2. This notification must be made by sending, via CVMWeb, by the fifth business day of each month, a report with the list of contracts maintained by the registrar. The report must be prepared in XML format, according to the layout available on CVMWeb itself, in the "Document Submission" section, subsection "Document Upload". Its submission can be made by the director responsible for CVM Resolution No. 33/2021 and by users to whom he has delegated permission to submit documents.

3. For some time, the tool for receiving these reports was unavailable, and participants were instructed to send the reports to the email of the Market Structure and Electronic Systems Management – GME. However, the necessary corrections have been provided, and the file must be sent exclusively via CVMWeb starting next month.

4. In case of doubts about the preparation and submission of the report in question, we advise you to contact GME via email gme-1@cvm.gov.br.
