To the Responsible Partner of an Issuer of Audiovisual Investment Certificates

Subject: Registration Update of Issuers of Audiovisual Investment Certificates and their Representatives before the CVM

Dear Sir,

We are implementing a system that allows the electronic update of the registration of Audiovisual Investment Certificate (CAV) Issuing Companies directly by their responsible partners.

The partners will soon receive a password by email, with which they can access the new system and perform updates, through the CVM website (http://www.cvm.gov.br), by clicking on "Registration Update."

To this end, they must verify the information contained therein and proceed, by the end of September, to the appropriate update of the data, keeping them constantly updated thereafter.

Producers that have CAV projects in the quota placement phase and those that must submit the ISA reports (Annex III to CVM Instruction 260/97), and whose data is not included in the registration presented on the CVM website, must send the following information by email to the 3rd Records Management: social name; CNPJ and address of the producer; name, CPF, and email of the responsible partners.

This initiative aims to computerize all procedures related to the public offering and trading of Audiovisual Investment Certificates in the market. Soon, procedures such as registration requests, cancellation, and extension, as well as the sending of periodic (forms IMA, IFA, and ISA of CVM Instruction No. 260/97) and occasional information, will also be computerized.
