To Administrators of Real Estate Investment Funds (“FII”) and Agribusiness Production Chain Investment Funds (“FIAGRO”)

Subject: Enhancements to Periodic Reports in the FundosNet System

Dear Sir/Madam,

1. This Circular Letter aims to communicate to the market updates to the FundosNet System, specifically enhancements to structured forms.

I) Periodic Reports for FIIs

2. Starting from July 28, 2025, new versions of the Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports for FIIs will be available, with some adjustments intended to reflect the fund's classification, when adherent to the Code of Rules and Procedures for Administration and Management of Third-Party Resources of the Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Markets Entities (ANBIMA).

3. The Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports submitted from September 1, 2025, must observe the new model, whose adjustment is specifically located in the “Self-regulation Classification” field of the aforementioned forms.

II) New association for sending FIAGRO documents

4. In observance of the provisions of Article 33, II, of Annex Normative VI to CVM Resolution No. 175, FundosNet is prepared to receive the Asset Portfolio Composition and Diversification Statement (CDA) for FIAGROs.

5. The specification of the report is available in the “Support Materials” menu, under “Associations,” selecting the option “FIAGRO” > “Periodic Reports” > “Portfolio Composition (CDA)”.

6. Consequently, CDAs with a base date of September 2025 must exclusively observe this format, with submission to occur within 45 days of the end of the relevant quarter. However, administrators have the option to already use the new structured format for the base date of June 2025.
