1. This Circular Letter serves to inform that, starting from the 2nd
   semester of 2025, the Superintendence of Investor Orientation and Sustainable Finance (SOI) will begin verifying the compliance of Ombudsman Reports ("Reports" or "Report") regarding the obligations set forth in CVM Resolution 43 ("CVM Res. 43")[1].
2. To this end, semi-annually, a sample will be selected among the Ombudsman Offices of capital market participants ("Ombudsman Offices") for supervision,
   based on methodology and objective criteria pre-defined by the SOI. The selected Ombudsman Offices will be notified via official letter, and must forward the semi-annual report referred to in Article 12, in the form of Annex A, of CVM Res. 43. The first verification will reference the report from the 1st semester of 2025.
3. It is noted that the Report must be forwarded in searchable PDF format, DOC or equivalent format. Additionally, the statistics and databases used for its preparation must be sent in XLS, TXT,
   CSV or equivalent format, accompanied by a description of the fields.
4. It is also recommended to read Circular Letter No.
   1/2020-CVM/SMI-SOI, which provides guidance to intermediaries regarding the handling of their clients' complaints, based on the experience of the citizen orientation services and supervision of intermediaries of the CVM.
