CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 1,433

To Credit, Financing, and Investment Companies

We communicate that, in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 1,147, of June 26, 1986, a control map for operations subject to credit limitation is established, according to the attached model.

2. Said statements, signed by a Director of the institution, must be delivered by the 20th day of each month to this Body – Department of Supervision or Document Reception Center of any of its Regional Departments –, or transmitted, according to instructions to be duly disseminated, through the Central Bank Information System – SISBACEN, until 16:30 h on the Tuesday of the week following the one to which the information refers.

3. The maps relating to the months of May and June/86 must be presented, without fail, by July 21, 1986.
