Circular Letter No. 1482 — Credit Control for Operations with Individuals and Credits under 'Rights by Credit Assignment'

CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 1482
To
Credit, Financing, and Investment Companies

Pursuant to Resolution No. 1,147 of June 26, 1986, Circular No. 1,045 of July 3, 1986, and Circular No. 059 of August 21, 1986, we hereby communicate that the following are subject to credit control as provided in the aforementioned regulations:
a) operations with individuals, taken at their gross values; b) credits of any nature registered under the heading "RIGHTS BY CREDIT ASSIGNMENT," relating to operations with individuals.

2. The instructions for filling out the control map established by Circular Letter No. 1,433 of July 8, 1986, are replaced by those contained in the attached model.

3. The control map for the month of May 1986 must be redone according to the new filling instructions and submitted to this body by October 31, 1986; the submission of those referring to the months of June, July, and August 1986 is waived.

4. For the purposes of item IV of Resolution No. 1,147 of June 26, 1986, balances ascertained on September 30, 1986, and subsequent positions shall be considered.

5. Institutions that become out of compliance as a result of the application of the provisions of Circular No. 1,059 of August 21, 1986, shall have until October 31, 1986, to adapt to the limits established by current regulations.

TITLE: CONTROL OF FINANCING OPERATIONS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF GOODS AND SERVICES.
FILLING INSTRUCTIONS

1 - Fill out this table with the balances from the last business day of the month to be reported.

2 - Enter, in column A, the balances of financing operations granted to individuals for the acquisition of goods and services.

3 - Enter, in column B, the balances relating to the operations described in item 6 of Circular No. 1,045/86 and in item "a" of Circular No. 1,059/86, which are accounted for in the headings discriminated in items 01 to 06 of this table.

4 - Enter, in column C, the sum of the values entered in columns A and B.

5 - Acquired credits, relating to operations with individuals, must be entered in column A, item 03.

6 - Do not fill in items 7 and 8 contained in column A.

7 - Liabilities for credits assigned to individuals for the acquisition of goods and services must be recorded in column A, item 09.

8 - Co-obligations in credit assignments must be recorded at their gross values.
