DISCLOSES RETURN REASONS FOR CR -
REMITTANCE COMMUNICATION.

BASED ON CIRCULAR NO. 772, OF 08.04.83 AND MNI 6-2-1-30, AND TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE PROVISIONS OF CIRCULAR NO. 2.315, OF 26.05.93, THE FOLLOWING REASONS ARE ESTABLISHED FOR THE PURPOSES OF RETURNING THE CR - REMITTANCE COMMUNICATION:

I - REASON 46 - WHEN THE CHECK CORRESPONDING TO THE CR IS NOT DELIVERED TO THE DRAWEE BANK WITHIN THE ESTABLISHED DEADLINES; AND

II - REASON 47 - DUE TO ABSENCE OR INCONSISTENCY OF MANDATORY DATA.

ART. 2. - THIS CIRCULAR LETTER ENTERS INTO FORCE ON THE DATE OF ITS PUBLICATION.
