Ceding banks must include the maturity factor in the barcode of the CADOC 24044-4 Collection Form. The form requires a minimum paper grammage of 50 g/m2 and specific path arrangements where the clearing slip is first or lower. Numeric representation in the upper right must use zeros if the value is undiscriminated, with points after the first five positions. This circular enters into force upon publication, revoking Circular Letter No. 2,790 of March 4, 1998.
Includes "maturity factor" in the barcode of the CADOC 24044-4 Collection Form.
Given the need to improve the CADOC 24044-4 Collection Form, established by Circular Letter No. 2,414, of October 7, 1993, its specifications are amended, including the "maturity factor" in the barcode, in accordance with the instructions attached, with validity starting from September 1, 2000.
The presence of "0000" in the "maturity factor" field of the digitizable line of the collection form indicates that the barcode does not contain the maturity factor.
The Operator of the Check and Other Papers Clearing Service (SCCOP) is tasked with disseminating the routines necessary to comply with the provisions of this Circular Letter.
This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
Circular Letter No. 2,790, of March 4, 1998, is revoked.
