CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 003464

Discloses procedures necessary for registration in the System of Information on Entities of Interest of the Central Bank (Unicad) of the designation of the responsible director referred to in Circular No. 3,504 of August 6, 2010.

1. Pursuant to Article 1 of Circular No. 3,504 of August 6, 2010, the registration of the responsible director for the provision of information must be carried out in the System of Information on Entities of Interest of the Central Bank (Unicad), Module "Links - Inclusion", Field "Responsible Director for Area of Action", by including the Individual Taxpayer Registry (CPF) number, the area of responsibility, and the date the occurrence began.

2. The individualized registration must be carried out by October 29, 2010.

3. Any doubts regarding this matter may be resolved in accordance with Communication No. 19,683 of May 7, 2010.

4. This circular letter enters into force on the date of its publication.

5. The following are revoked:

   I - item 5 of Circular Letter No. 2,915 of June 7, 2000;

   II - item 6 of Circular Letter No. 3,298 of February 22, 2008;

   III - item 5 of Circular Letter No. 3,306 of March 17, 2008;

   IV - item 4 of Circular Letter No. 3,346 of October 21, 2008.

6. Item 3 of Communication No. 4,576 of May 8, 1995 is rendered ineffective.
