The Head of the Financial System Monitoring Department (Desig), using the authority granted by Article 22, item I, letter "a" of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB), annexed to Ordinance No. 29,971, of March 4, 2005, in accordance with Circular No. 3,165, of December 4, 2002,
RESOLVES:
Article 1. Financial institutions and other institutions authorized to operate by the Central Bank of Brazil are obliged to register and keep updated in the System of Information on Entities of Interest of the Central Bank of Brazil (Unicad) the registration data, including the electronic address, of the director responsible for providing:
I - The Liquidity Risk Statement (DRL), addressed in Circular No. 3,393, of July 3, 2008, and Circular Letter No. 3,374, of January 30, 2009;
II - The Market Risk Statement (DRM), addressed in Circular No. 3,429, of January 14, 2009, and Circular Letter No. 3,376, of February 9, 2009;
III - The Daily Monitoring Statement of Capital Requirement Installments (DDR), addressed in Circular No. 3,399, of July 23, 2008, and Circular Letter No. 3,331, of July 23, 2008;
IV - The Operational Limits Statement (DLO), addressed in Circular No. 3,398, of July 23, 2008, and Circular Letter No. 3,471, of November 11, 2010;
V - Documents related to the Credit Information System (SCR), addressed in Circular No. 3,445, of March 26, 2009, and Circular Letter No. 3,517, of July 27, 2011;
VI - Information provided for in legal and regulatory norms, as provided in Circular No. 3,504, of August 6, 2010, and Circular Letter No. 3,464, of August 6, 2010;
VII - Information regarding supervision and compliance with accounting and audit norms and procedures provided for in current regulations, addressed in Article 5 of the Regulation annexed to Resolution No. 3,198, of May 27, 2004, Article 5 of the Regulation annexed to Circular No. 3,192, of June 5, 2003, Article 27 of Resolution No. 3,859, of May 27, 2010, and Article 11 of Circular No. 3,467, of September 14, 2009.
Article 2. The registration data, including the electronic address, of the employee qualified to answer any questions regarding the items in the previous article, as well as regarding the documents provided for in the Accounting Plan of the Institutions of the National Financial System (Cosif), must also be registered in Unicad.
Article 3. Doubts regarding the provisions of this Circular Letter should be sent to the electronic address: unicad@bcb.gov.br.
Article 4. This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
