CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 003509

Discloses instructions applicable to financial institutions and other institutions for which the extrajudicial liquidation regime has been decreed regarding document code 3050, as provided for in Circular Letter No. 3,463, of August 6, 2010.

The Head of the Economic Department (Depec) and the Head of the Department for Monitoring the Financial System and Information Management (Desig), in exercise of their powers conferred by Article 22, item I, letter "a" of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 29,971, of March 4, 2005, due to the provisions of Article 12 of Resolution No. 3,658, of December 17, 2008, and Circular Letter No. 3,445, of March 26, 2009,

RESOLVE:

Art. 1 Financial institutions and other institutions for which the extrajudicial liquidation regime has been decreed are exempted from sending document code 3050 - Aggregate Statistics of Credit and Leasing, as provided for in Circular Letter No. 3,463, of August 6, 2010.

Sole Paragraph. The exemption referred to in this article applies to documents relating to base dates occurring from September 3, 2010, or from the date of the decree of extrajudicial liquidation of the institution, when this is later.

Art. 2 This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
