Circular Letter No. 3942 — Amends Article 3 of Circular Letter No. 3,925 of January 4, 2019, Regarding Credit Risk Data (Document 3040)

The Head of the Department of Financial System Monitoring (Desig), using the authority granted by Article 23, item I, letter “a”, of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287 of February 27, 2015, based on Article 77, item III, of said Regulations, and in view of the provisions of Article 19 of Circular Letter No. 3,870 of December 19, 2017,

RESOLVES:

Article 1. Circular Letter No. 3,925 of January 4, 2019, shall enter into force with the following wording:

“Article 3. ........................................................................................................................................................

Sole Paragraph. A period of 6 (six) months of assisted production is established regarding the transmission of the information referred to in item I, starting from the base date indicated in the caput of this article.” (NR)

Article 2. This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
