Circular Letter No. 3925 - Amends the Layout and Filling Instructions for Document 3040 - Credit Risk Data

The Head of the Financial System Monitoring Department (Desig), using the authority granted by Article 23, item I, letter “a”, of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287, of February 27, 2015, based on Article 77, item III, of the aforementioned Regulations, and considering the provisions of Resolution No. 4,693, of October 29, 2018, Circular No. 3,870, of December 19, 2017, and Circular Letter No. 3,869, of March 19, 2018,

RESOLVES:

Article 1. New versions of the Layout and Filling Instructions for Document 3040 - Credit Risk Data shall enter into force, available on the Central Bank of Brazil’s internet page, at the electronic address https://www.bcb.gov.br/estabilidadefinanceira/scrdoc3040.

Article 2. Starting from the data base of January 2019, domain 20, with the description “credit operation with related party”, shall be included in Annex 8 - “Special Characteristics”.

Article 3. Starting from the data base of May 2019, the following shall be included:

I - in Annex 26 - “Additional Information”, in domain 03 - “Outflows”, the subdomains:

a. 14, with the description “Outflow by receipt of goods in payment”;

b. 15, with the description “Closure of guarantee provisions”;

II - Annex 31, with the name “Type of Asset”.

Article 4. This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
