RESOLVE:

Art. 1º The obligation to forward to the Central Bank of Brazil the information addressed in Circular No. 3.881, of 7 March 2018, observed the terms of Circular Letter No. 3.880, of 11 May 2018, does not apply to institutions exempt from the requirement to establish an ombudsman organizational component because they do not meet the parameters set out in art. 2 of Resolution No. 4.433, of 23 July 2015.
