CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 3,955, OF JUNE 27, 2019
Discloses the service and value table of the Central Bank Information System (Sisbacen), as provided for in Article 17 of the Regulation of the Central Bank Information System (Sisbacen), annexed to Circular No. 3,913, of September 5, 2018, as well as the tariff table of the Reserve Transfer System (STR), as provided for in Article 40 of the STR Regulation annexed to Circular No. 3,100, of March 28, 2002.
The Heads of the Information Technology Department (Deinf) and the Banking Operations and Payment Systems Department (Deban), in the exercise of the powers conferred by Article 23, item I, letter “a”, and Article 63, item V, all of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287, of February 27, 2015, and taking into account the provisions of Article 3 of Circular No. 3,913, of September 5, 2018, in Articles 17 and 32, both of the Regulation of the Central Bank Information System (Sisbacen), annexed to said Circular, as well as in Article 4 of Circular No. 3,100, of March 28, 2002, and in Article 40 of the Regulation of the Reserve Transfer System (STR) annexed to said Circular,
RESOLVE:
Article 1. The service and value table relating to the reimbursement of costs with the use of the Central Bank Information System (Sisbacen) and with the expenses incurred by the Central Bank of Brazil in the management and monitoring of the Reserve Transfer System (STR) shall enter into force in the form of the Annex to this Circular Letter.
Article 2. Circular Letter No. 3,930 and Circular Letter No. 3,931, both of February 14, 2019, are hereby repealed.
Article 3. This Circular Letter enters into force on August 1, 2019.
