Circular Letter No. 3986 - Amends Circular Letter No. 3,961, of July 25, 2019, which alters the Layout and Filling Instructions of Document 3040 - Credit Risk Data, as provided for in Circular No. 3,870, of December 19, 2017, and Circular Letter No. 3,869, of March 19, 2018

The Head of the Financial System Monitoring Department (Desig), in the exercise of the attribution conferred upon him by art. 23, item I, subparagraph "a", of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287, of February 27, 2015, based on art. 77, item III, of the aforementioned Regulations, and in view of the provisions of Resolution No. 4,571, of May 26, 2017, Circular No. 3,870, of December 19, 2017, and Circular Letter No. 3,869, of March 19, 2018, R E S O L V E S:
Art. 1 Circular Letter No. 3,961, of July 25, 2019, shall come into force with the following changes:

...................................................................” (NR) “Art. 4 Information related to credit operations granted by institutions and entities, which are subject to negotiation without retention of risks and benefits or control, in the same month of concession, must be provided to the Credit Information System (SCR) by the assigning institution from the November 2019 base date, as provided for in the sole paragraph of art. 6 of Circular No. 3,870, of December 19, 2017.
