Circular Letter No. 4059 — Amends the effective date of Circular Letter No. 3,989 of December 6, 2019, due to the impacts of Covid-19 on the economy
The Head of the Department of Monitoring of the Financial System of the Central Bank of Brazil issued Circular Letter No. 4059 to amend Circular Letter No. 3,989 of December 6, 2019. This amendment changes the effective date of Article 6 of Circular Letter No. 3,989 to October 1, 2020. The current Circular Letter No. 4059 enters into force on the date of its publication.
