Publicly held companies, foreign companies, and incentivized companies must access the Empresas.Net system via a new URL starting October 29, 2025, utilizing the Gov.BR account for document submission. The Investor Relations Director or Legal Representative receives a notification between October 18 and 29, 2025, to activate their privileged account and assign individualized access to other collaborators. While the use of the Gov.BR account is currently optional and recommended, the Investor Relations Director or Legal Representative remains fully responsible for submitting periodic and occasional information to the CVM. Changes in the Investor Relations Director or Legal Representative trigger the deactivation of the previous privileged user and the activation of the new user's Gov.BR account.

Circular Letter No. 5/2025-CVM/SEP
Rio de Janeiro, October 14, 2025.
Subject: New access method for the Empresas.Net System – Use of the Gov.BR account.
Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,
This Circular Letter aims to inform publicly held companies, foreign companies, and incentivized companies that, starting from 29.10.2025, the Empresas.Net System must be accessed at the new address https://www.rad.cvm.gov.br/ENETWEB/shared/login.aspx, which will also allow the new access method via the Gov.BR account.
In this regard, the Investor Relations Director or the Legal Representative of the Company, as the privileged user, will receive, between October 18 and 29, 2025, in their email address recorded in the latest version of the Company’s Registration Form or the Incentivized Company’s Registration Data, a message regarding the release of their Gov.BR account for sending documents, through the Empresas.Net System, by the Company they are responsible for, in accordance with CVM Resolutions Nos. 80/22 and 10/20.
This same message will contain a link with instructions for the privileged user to assign individualized access to the system, on behalf of their Company, to other collaborators who possess a Gov.BR account.
As the privileged user assigns access to other collaborators, these collaborators will receive a message regarding the release of their Gov.BR account for use of the Empresas.Net System.
It is important to highlight that any change of Investor Relations Director or Legal Representative will imply a change of the privileged user, with the deactivation of the previous privileged user and the release of the new privileged user's Gov.BR account, considering the delivery or resubmission of the Company’s Registration Form or the Incentivized Company’s Registration Data showing said change.
It should be noted that, despite the possibility of assigning access to other collaborators, the responsibility of the Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative for providing periodic and occasional information to the CVM as required by securities market regulations is not waived.
The information contained in this letter must be brought to the attention of the teams responsible for sending information through the Empresas.Net System.
Finally, we communicate that, for now, the use of the Gov.BR account for sending documents is not mandatory, being a recommended alternative.
Support:
We inform that questions regarding the assignment of access for the Gov.BR account should be addressed to the CVM External Support [suporteexterno@cvm.gov.br).
Questions regarding the use and functioning of the Empresas.Net System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, should be directed to the B3 Issuers Superintendence.
Contact with the Issuers Superintendence can be made by telephone (11) 2565-5063 or by email: emissores.empresas@b3.com.br:
