Subject: Update of Regulation BCL/2011/9 of 4 July 2011 on the collection of data on payment instruments and operations, in accordance with Regulation ECB/2013/43 and Guideline ECB/2014/15
Dear Director,
We refer to our circular letter of 26 January 2015 regarding the compliance of Luxembourg establishments with the new European legislation in force in the field of payment statistics and the creation, jointly with the ABBL, of a dedicated working group for this task (cf. attached letter).
We hereby inform you that the working group has delivered its conclusions at the end of May. The updated version of Annex 1 (version 4) to Regulation BCL/2011/9, the "guidance note," is now available on our website, via the following hyperlink:
