“Financing Program 2024 - PF24”. Province of Neuquén.
___________________________________________________________________________ We address you to inform you that this Institution adopted the resolution which, in its pertinent part, provides:
“- To not formulate observations, within the framework of the restriction contained in point 2.1 of the consolidated text on Financing of the Non-Financial Public Sector, as to whether financial entities may acquire Treasury Bills to be issued by the province of Neuquén for up to a maximum amount of $44,900,000,000 (forty-four billion nine hundred million Argentine pesos), within the framework of the “Financing Program 2024 - PF24”, as provided for in Provincial Law 3,403 and in accordance with the conditions established in note NO-2024-105111873-APN-SH#MEC of the Secretariat of Finance of the Ministry of Economy of the Nation, without prejudice to compliance by the intervening financial entities with the provisions on credit risk fragmentation provided in the aforementioned regulation. The intervening financial entities shall not apply resources in foreign currency obtained from their liabilities from financial intermediation to the subscription of said letters denominated in United States dollars, in accordance with what is provided in the consolidated text on Credit Policy.”
