Financing of the Non-Financial Public Sector. Public Bonds of the Province of Buenos Aires. Interest Rate Modification.
We address you to inform you that this Institution has adopted the resolution that, in its pertinent part, provides:
“- To not file observations, within the framework of the restriction contained in point 2.1. of the consolidated text on Financing of the Non-Financial Public Sector, regarding the modification of the interest rate applicable to the issuance of Public Bonds of the Province of Buenos Aires –authorized in due course by the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic as stated in Communication A 8037–, in accordance with the conditions established in notes NO-2024-115587662-APN-SH#MEC and NO-2024-57031019-APN-SH#MEC of the Secretariat of Treasury of the Ministry of Economy of the Nation and without prejudice to the observance by the intervening financial entities of the provisions on credit risk fragmentation provided in the aforementioned regulation.
The intervening financial entities may not apply foreign currency resources obtained from their financial intermediation liabilities to the subscription of the aforementioned bonds denominated in US dollars, in accordance with what is provided in the consolidated text on Credit Policy.”
