We address you to inform you that this Institution adopted the resolution that, in its pertinent part, provides:

"- To not formulate observations, within the framework of the restriction contained in point 2.1 of the consolidated text on Financing of the Non-Financial Public Sector, regarding the ability of financial entities to acquire debt securities to be issued by the Province of Mendoza up to the sum of $224,618,656,377 (two hundred twenty-four billion six hundred eighteen million six hundred fifty-six thousand three hundred seventy-seven pesos), as provided for in Provincial Laws 9,601 and 8,706 and in accordance with the conditions established in note NO-2025-25069324-APNSH#MEC of the Secretariat of Treasury of the Ministry of Economy of the Nation, without prejudice to the observance by the intervening financial entities of the provisions on the fragmentation of credit risk provided for in that regulation."
