2025 Letter Issuance Program of the Municipality of Córdoba - Province of Córdoba. ___________________________________________________________________________ We address you to inform you that this Institution has adopted the resolution that, in its pertinent part, provides:
“- To not formulate observations, within the framework of the restriction contained in point 2.1 of the consolidated text on Financing to the Non-Financial Public Sector, regarding the ability of financial entities to acquire Treasury Letters to be issued by the Municipality of Córdoba – Province of Córdoba – up to a maximum outstanding amount of $55,000,000,000 (fifty-five billion pesos) within the framework of the 2025 Letter Issuance Program, as provided for in Municipal Ordinance 13,515 and in accordance with the conditions established in note NO-2025-26411765-APN-SH#MEC of the Secretariat of Treasury of the Ministry of Economy of the Nation, without prejudice to the observance by the intervening financial entities of the provisions on credit risk fragmentation provided in that regulation.”
