2025 Treasury Bill Issuance Program of the Province of Córdoba.
We address you to inform you that this Institution has adopted the resolution that, in its pertinent part, provides:
“- To not make observations, within the framework of the restriction contained in point 2.1 of the consolidated text on Financing the Non-Financial Public Sector, that financial entities may acquire Treasury Bills to be issued by the Province of Córdoba for a nominal circulating value up to the sum of $300,000,000,000 (three hundred billion pesos) within the framework of the 2025 Treasury Bill Issuance Program – as provided for in Provincial Laws 11,014 and 10,835 – and in accordance with the conditions established in note NO-2025-29369662-APN-SH#MEC of the Secretariat of Treasury of the Ministry of Economy of the Nation, without prejudice to the observance by the intervening financial entities of the provisions on credit risk fragmentation foreseen in that regulation.
The intervening financial entities may not apply their lending capacity from foreign currency deposits to the subscription of the aforementioned bills denominated in US dollars, in accordance with what is provided in Section 2. of the consolidated text on Credit Policy.”
