Circular LISOL 1-1151 OPRAC 1-1317 Financing to the Non-Financial Public Sector. Public Securities of the Province of Buenos Aires
The resolution directs that no objections be raised under point 2.1 of the consolidated text on Financing to the Non-Financial Public Sector regarding financial entities acquiring public securities issued by the province of Buenos Aires up to a nominal value equivalent to $1,000,000,000,000 (one trillion pesos). This measure applies within the framework of Provincial Law 15,561 and conditions established in note NO-2026-82636496-APN-SH#MEC of the Treasury Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy of the Nation, without prejudice to compliance with credit risk fragmentation provisions.
