Financing to the non-financial public sector. Public Securities of the province of Buenos Aires. ___________________________________________________________________________ We address you to communicate that this Institution adopted the resolution which, in its pertinent part, provides:
"- To raise no objections, within the framework of the restriction contained in point 2.1. of the consolidated text on Financing to the Non-Financial Public Sector, to financial entities being able to acquire public securities to be issued by the province of Buenos Aires for up to a nominal value equivalent to $1,000,000,000,000 (one trillion pesos), within the framework of Provincial Law 15,561 and in accordance with the conditions established in note NO-2026-82636496-APN-SH#MEC of the Treasury Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy of the Nation, without prejudice to the observance by the intervening financial entities of the provisions regarding credit risk fragmentation provided in that ordering."
