Charge for deficiencies in integration of minimum liquidity requirements due to defects in application of funds
We address you to inform you that this Institution adopted the following resolution:
"- Fix at 0.5% per year, from 1.7.99 to 31.12.99, the charge for deficiencies in the integration of minimum liquidity requirements, to the extent that they correspond to defects in the application of the regime for collection and placement of funds in foreign currency made known by Communication "A" 1820 and complementary ones, linked to the transformation into fixed deposits in foreign currency of deposits in pesos attributable to the financing of assets in this last currency.
The amount of these defects will not be computable to calculate the integration deficiency that determines the obligation to present framing programs (point 3.2. of the rules on minimum liquidity requirements)."
We salute you very attentively.
