Ref.: Circular NATIONAL PUBLIC SECURITIES - TINAC - 1 - 24. Circular FOREIGN EXCHANGE OPERATIONS AND MOVEMENT OF FUNDS AND SECURITIES WITH ABROAD - CAMEX - 1 - 86 We address you and, through you, the interested sectors, to inform you that this Bank, in accordance with the authorization conferred by Decree of the National Executive Power No. 1,335 of 26.11.82, decided to issue the 8th Series of the "Bono Absorción Monetaria", in accordance with the characteristics, conditions and modalities made known through communication "A" 278 of 26.1.83 (Circular TINAC - 1 - 10, CAMEX - 1 - 10, CAMEX - 47) sections 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3, except those listed below:

1. Denomination: "Bono de Absorción Monetaria - 8th Series".
2. Issue date: 1 September 1984.
3. Term: 5 years.
4. Amount of the issue: shall be that resulting from the deposits referred to in Art. 2 of decree 1335/82, made by investors whose exchange insurance matures on 1.9.84 and 30.11.84.
5. Income and amortization services: interest shall be paid on 1 March and 1 September of each year, with the first income service operating on 1.3.85. Amortization shall be effective on the same aforementioned dates, with the payment of the first installment taking place on 1 September 1986.
