CIRCULAR No. 002-2018

RELATIVE TO THE ONLINE STOCK EXCHANGE ON THE REGIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET OF THE UMOA

The General Secretariat of the Regional Council for Public Savings and Financial Markets (CREPMF) hereby informs Management and Intermediation Companies (SGI), Wealth Management Companies (SGP), Business Brokers, any actor authorized by the Regional Council for order collection and/or transmission, and investors on the regional financial market of the UMOA that, as part of the implementation of online stock exchange activities, the provisions governing relations between the various actors are contained in the following agreements:

• Agreement linking a Client and an Order Collector;
• Agreement linking an Order Collector and a Management and Intermediation Company.

The standard templates of these agreements are presented in the annexes to this Circular. The various actors are required to comply with them.
