The Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores reminds issuers under the General Regime of their obligation to disclose monthly positions in financial derivatives as a material event. Issuers must submit the report within ten business days following the end of each month, including specific details such as instrument type, notional amount, currency, fair value, and accumulated gains or losses. The deadline for the report covering September 2025 is January 16, 2026, and the submission must be made using the designated form in the MVNet system.
