ON INFORMATION DISCLOSED BY ISSUERS ON THE REGIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET

The General Secretariat of the Regional Council for Public Savings and Financial Markets (CREPMF) reminds accredited market participants and issuers of the West African Monetary Union (UMOA) financial market that the regulatory provisions governing the dissemination of financial information on the market are contained in the following texts:

Articles 127, 132, 160 and 169 of the General Regulations;
Instruction No. 29/2001 regarding information to be disseminated by companies raising public funds on the UMOA financial market;
Instruction No. II-C of the BRVM regarding information disclosure.

These disclosures must meet the following criteria:

usability;
completeness;
availability;
reliability.

As information is disseminated under the responsibility of the issuers' management, they must ensure that such information is verifiable, accurate, precise and complete.
