Circular No. 009-2026-SMV/11.1 - Bondholders' Representatives - Updated Minimum Amounts 2026
The Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores updates the minimum amounts referenced in the Securities Market Law and SASCM regulations for 2026 based on the National Wholesale Price Index for December 2025. The updated amounts are 578,563 for private offering unit nominal or placement values, 925,700 for risk rating agency capital and net worth, 1,735,688 for structured entity capital, 2,314,250 for non-state legal person investment portfolios and institutional investor administered funds, and 4,628,501 for natural person net worth. These figures apply to entities authorized or supervised by the SASCM and must be considered in administrative cases where these minimum thresholds are observed.
