The General Secretariat of the Regional Council for Public Savings and Financial Markets (CREPMF) wishes to bring to the attention of accredited stakeholders in the regional financial market that this Circular abrogates Circular No. 01-2018 regarding the procedures for the splitting of Common Investment Funds or their conversion into Capital Investment Companies, dated December 28, 2018.

This Circular takes effect from the date of its publication.
