Circular No. 040-2026-SMV/11.1 - Risk Classification Companies - Updated Minimum Amounts 2026
The Securities Market Superintendence (SMV) updates the minimum amounts required under the Securities Market Law and SASCM regulations for 2026, applying the National Wholesale Price Index (IPM) for December 2025. The updated amounts are: 578,563 for the lowest nominal or offering price in private offerings; 925,700 for the share capital and net worth of Risk Classification Companies and for portfolios managed by institutional investors; 1,735,688 for the share capital of Structuring Entities; 2,314,250 for investment portfolios of non-state legal persons and natural persons; and 4,628,501 for the net worth of natural persons. This circular is informational and does not require a response from the addressees.
