Circular No. 1 (2025): Working Hours of Currency Exchangers During Ramadan
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 1 (2025) mandating that all licensed currency exchange offices in Palestine open to the public at 9:00 AM for all working days during the holy month of Ramadan. This directive, issued under Legislative Decree No. 40 of 2022, establishes a temporary operating schedule that will revert to standard hours immediately following the conclusion of Ramadan.
