We communicate that the Board of Directors of the Central Bank, considering the provisions of item XXII of Resolution No. 1,361 of 30.07.87, has decided to amend item 3 of Circular No. 1,214 of 04.08.87, which shall now be in effect with the following wording:

"3. Temporarily and exceptionally, voluntary deposits referred to in the preceding item shall be considered as housing applications, for the purpose of complying with the provisions of subsection 'b' of item I of Resolution No. 1,361 of 30.07.87, except for the mandatory application requirement under subsection 'b' of item II of the aforementioned Resolution."
