The Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores (SMV) reminds Bondholders' Representatives that the deadline for preparing and submitting the Report on Compliance with Issuance or Sale Conditions to the SMV is August 10, 2026. This requirement is based on Article 24(g) of the Primary Public Offering and Securities Sale Regulations and must be executed through the SIRYS system according to Technical Specifications approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 003-2022-SMV/02.
