WE INFORM THAT THE BOARD OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BRAZIL, IN A SESSION HELD ON 31.05.90, HAVING REGARD TO THE PROVISIONS OF ITEM II OF RESOLUTION N. 1.199 OF 10.10.86, AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF ARTICLE 1 OF THE REGULATION ANNEXED TO THE AFOREMENTIONED RESOLUTION, DECIDED: ART. 1 THE INVESTMENTS OF SHORT-TERM INVESTMENT FUNDS IN NATIONAL TREASURY BILLS MAY BE COUNTED FOR THE PURPOSE OF MEETING THE MINIMUM LIMIT REFERRED TO IN ITEM 1, LETTER "A" OF CIRCULAR N. 1.411 OF 29.12.88.
