I address you in your capacity as issuers with securities registered in the Public Registry of the Securities Market administered by the Securities Market Superintendence – SMV, with the purpose of reminding you of the channel for submitting documents within the framework of a procedure for the inscription or exclusion of securities, registration of informative prospectuses or updates thereof, among others contained in the Single Text of Administrative Procedures – TUPA 1 of the SMV.

In this regard, it should be indicated that the processing of procedures must be carried out through the "TUPA" option of the MVNet System, selecting the corresponding option, category and subcategory according to the case (See Annex).

Likewise, you are informed that in the MVNet System your represented entity may consult the User Manual of the aforementioned system, which is located in the section "Utilities and Manuals >> How to use the system >> MVNET User Manual" of said platform.

Finally, it is worth indicating that this circular does not require a response from your represented entity, given that its character is merely informative; the information detailed above must be taken into consideration in the administrative procedures that your represented entity presents before the SMV. In case you need to make any inquiries about the MVNet System or have technical difficulties, you must contact technical support via email at atencionSMV@smv.gob.pe or by phone at (01) 611-4505.
