CIRCULAR N. 003482 ------------------ Amends Circular No. 3.467 of 14 September 2009, which establishes criteria for preparing the report assessing the quality and adequacy of the internal control system and non-compliance with legal and regulatory provisions. The Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Brazil, at a meeting held on 20 January 2010, based on arts. 10, item IX, of Law No. 4.595 of 31 December 1964, 6 and 7 of Law No. 11.795 of 8 October 2008, 13 of Resolution No. 2.682 of 21 December 1999, and 46 of Resolution No. 3.442 of 28 February 2007, D E C I D E D: Art. 1 The art. 14 of Circular No. 3.467 of 14 September 2009 shall take effect with the following wording: "Art. 14. The reports referred to in arts. 1 and 7 must be prepared in the form established in this circular as from the base date of 30 June 2010."
