The Collegiate Board of the Central Bank of Brazil, in a session held on August 3, 2011, based on Article 5 of Resolution No. 3,998, of July 28, 2011,
RESOLVES:
Article 1. The mandatory registration referred to in Resolution No.
3,998, of July 28, 2011, must allow for the identification:
I - of the assignor and the assignee;
II - of the institution that granted the credit subject to the assignment;
III - of the credit operation subject to the assignment, including information regarding the debtor, dates, guarantees, values, and installments; and
IV - of the credit assignment operation, including information regarding values, dates, assigned installments, contracts, and guarantees involved.
Article 2. The Department of Monitoring of the Financial
System and Information Management (Desig) is authorized to establish the necessary procedures to comply with the provisions of Article 2 of Resolution No. 3,998, of 2011.
Article 3. This Circular enters into force on the date of its
publication, producing effects from August 22, 2011.
