Circular No. 3560 — Exemption from Sending Accounting Documents by Consortium Administrators

Consortium administrators are exempted from submitting the Consolidated Consortium Resources Statement (Cosif document No. 6, Cadoc 4110) and the Consolidated Statement of Changes in Group Availability (Cosif document No. 7, Cadoc 4350) to the Central Bank of Brazil, effective with the December 2011 reporting date. Administrators must retain all supporting documentation for these accounting documents for a minimum period of five years from the respective reporting date. The exemption does not relieve administrators of other legal and regulatory requirements, and specific provisions of Circulars No. 2,381 and No. 3,212 are revoked effective December 1, 2011.
