Circular No. 3628 — Amends STR System Tariffs per Annex II of Circular No. 3,100 of March 28, 2002

CIRCULAR NO. 3,628, OF FEBRUARY 19, 2013

Amends tariffs of the Reserve Transfer System (STR), as provided in Annex II of the Regulation attached to Circular No. 3,100, of March 28, 2002.

The Collegiate Board of the Central Bank of Brazil, in a session held on January 17, 2013, based on art. 10 of Law No. 10,214, of March 27, 2001, and arts. 10, item I, and 11 of Resolution No. 2,882, of August 30, 2001, and considering the provisions of Chapter VII of the Regulation attached to Circular No. 3,100, of March 28, 2002,

RESOLVES:

Art. 1. Annex II of the Regulation attached to Circular No. 3,100, of March 28, 2002, shall enter into force in the form of the Annex to this Circular.

Art. 2. This Circular enters into force on the date of its publication, producing effects from July 1, 2013.

\3 – In addition to the fee for the provision of the application, the participant who uses STR-Web as main access is subject to the payment of the individual fees per message provided for operation in normal regime. \4 – The participant will be classified in the specific tariff range calculated based on the quantity of fund transfers effected in the month, issued by him directly or through a system managed by the Central Bank of Brazil.
