Circular No. 3643 establishes the calculation methodology for Risk-Weighted Assets in Simplified Form (RWARPS) for credit cooperatives, defining exposure items and specifying Risk Weighting Factors (RWF) ranging from 0% to 300% based on asset type. It mandates the application of specific RWFs to cash, government securities, interbank deposits, credit operations, and investment fund shares, while excluding certain assets from the calculation.
